Naturfutter’s DIY branding, lovingly crafted by the owner’s sister, had served them well in the early days.
But as the brand grew, it became clear their visuals weren’t matching their ambitions. Customers loved the products, but the presentation needed a major upgrade.

Strategy Workshop & Concept Creation
We kicked things off with a deep dive into Naturfutter’s world. Through workshops and mood boards, we got to know their vibe, their values, and—most importantly—their mascot, Kuno.
As it turns out, Kuno is that dog—the client’s actual pet and the brand’s heart.
His silhouette was already woven into their existing logo. Changing it? Not an option. We could refresh, modernize, and finesse everything around it, but Kuno had to stay.
Armed with insights, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work on a rebrand that would balance professionalism with their signature warmth.
